Whether you are a singer, speaker, writer, teacher…or just simply want to express yourself with more confidence and power, this inspirational workshop is for you!   In first part of this workshop experience, we will explore the 5 energy pathways and specific Chakra energy centers and how they relate to finding your authentic voice.  Then, putting these principles in practice, Anji will gently and powerfully guide you through yoga movement, breathing and chanting exercises to release energy blockages to embody and express your beautiful and authentic voice.

All levels welcome and no previous experience necessary.  

Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Eat a light dinner (soup, salad) and nothing an hour beforehand.
