This season can find us feeling flighty, anxious, and scattered, but with specific yoga, pranayama, and lifestyle routines we can enter this Fall season more grounded and centered. Learn how to incorporate basic principles of Ayurveda for optimal wellbeing during this sacred turn of seasons.
